Fite.me is an app/service that allows fighting game players to find matches offline, track their stats online/offline, and gain a deeper understanding of their own gameplay.
What does fite.me do?
Stat tracking
Fite.me parses data from all existing services that you choose to link, whether it be online services like Steam, PSN, and XBL or tournament tracking like smash.gg or challonge. Additionally, players can manually input data for casual sets or exhibition matches for increased accuracy in matchmaking.
Matchmaking
Players can choose to find matches with players of similar skill levels in local settings such as weekly tournaments or arrange online sets with the greatest of ease.
A more accurate ranking system
Given that most competitors' opinions of top ranking players are based solely on tournament placings, it's no surprise that the Capcom Pro Tour rankings are very similar to the aggregate of player opinions. However, those same top players are less likely to spend the time required to reach the highest echelon of online play, despite their undeniable skill.
More specific rankings
With integration through multiple platforms, fite.me can leverage ranking and matches from online and offline sources, which allows rankings to be more accurate and more specific.
fite.me will track stats across any game that players submit data for. Rankings are sorted across regions, games, skill level, and characters. Players and spectators are treated to a higher level of visibility than ever before.
